Immorality. Lotte and Soren Hammer have reprised Copenhagen homicide detective Konrad Simonsen for a dark novel titled,
The Lake. The subject of the novel involves human trafficking, and the authors explore a culture and society in which immorality can thrive when certain behaviors are not illegal. Readers who enjoy noir Scandinavian crime fiction are those most likely to enjoy reading this novel and this series.
