Misogyny. Drawn from two lectures by Mary Beard, her book titled,
Women and Power: A Manifesto, lays out a clear case for women in leadership taking on power by being women and not defining leadership as a male preserve. Beard lays out succinctly the long history in which women have been silenced and kept out of power and leadership through misogyny. Enough!
